All feedback or complaints must be directed to the committee and NOT to individual persons.
Our crew deserve respect and politeness.
The committee is responsible for running the station. No one individual can authorise changes unless specifically grated to do so by committee.
The preferred way to loddge complaints is via the web form on the contact page HERE.
Our crew have been instructed to refer everyone to the contact page, this way all committee can have the chance to review the information.
