The Annual General Meeting is to be held each year subject to the following:
- To be held between end of financial year and December to meet charity status obligations.
- Invites to be sent to all members.
- AGM to be advertised publicly. EG: Socail Media.
- To be conducted as per the Kangaroo Island Community Broadcasters Inc. Constitution 2006.
- Public are able to attend.
