The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is to be held each year subject to the following:
- To be held between end of financial year and December to meet charity status obligations.
- Invites to be sent to all members.
- AGM to be advertised publicly. EG: Socail Media.
- To be conducted as per the Kangaroo Island Community Broadcasters Inc. Constitution 2026.
- Public are able to attend. (Must let committee know for venue size.)
- Only financial members are able to vote at the AGM.
