There is a procedure to be followed when we address complaints
5KIxFM 90.7 is run by a committee, not individuals. Complaints should be made directly to the committee and no action will be taken to address such complaints unless they are directly addressed to the committee.
We have policies regarding such issues and to how the station is run. Frivolous complaints are summarily dismissed as are complaints directed to individual members.
Any individual member will direct you to this page to lodge your complaint.
Abuse directed to individual members will not be tolerated.
All complaints must be in writing or via this form to allow the entire committee to address any issues.
